Anyone who has visited nearly any theme park within the past few years would have had to have been blind to miss the many small pins that collectors around the country have taken to purchasing, trading, and displaying. So what would make our Hard Rock Park any different? A glance in the many shops throughout HRP would reveal displays of varying sizes and designs of rock-inspired collectable pins. From angels to motorcylces, skulls to different types of guitars – there is a pin for every taste! And every price range – we found pins under ten dollars on up ,thus for the casual collector, they surely won’t break the bank.
So our question is this – do you collect these obsessively? Do you just purchase ones that catch your eye? Or do you avoid buying anything that might become addictive and eventually pretty expensive? And do any of you have the elusive first set (as shown above) that was originally sold when the Backstage Tour first opened?
I really like the little set you have pictured here with the “girls” from each “land” in the park….very cool.
Do you have any idea what the Hard Rock pin is worth? I have one exactly like it.
